Shipping and Delivery Policy
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. Although we aim to deliver goods within the time frame we specify, we cannot provide any guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside this time frame. Because we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customers' deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket costs or other costs resulting from delayed deliveries.
Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. The estimated shipping time is stated on the checkout page, since the delivery time depends on the region and weight of the order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the order. The shipping cost is non-refundable as it is collected directly by the courier. If you'd like to receive your order sooner, you have the option to upgrade your shipping for an additional fee.
Please keep in mind that unexpected delays beyond our control (such as customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or holiday-related congestion) may still occur. Shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable.
We are not liable for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, courier errors, strikes, delays, nor for any additional costs, customs fees, or back-end charges. No refunds will be given for these circumstances. If the courier did not deliver the order correctly and/or the tracking number shows that the order was incomplete, the only way we can resolve this is to reship the order.
Important
We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do not provide refunds for packages returned to sender for any reason.
Please enter correct shipping information at checkout. If shipping information is not entered correctly before your item ships, we are not responsible for the lost or misdelivered package.
If you realize you have made an error in your shipping information, please email us as soon as possible at hello@trypeptina.com. If the package has already been shipped, a reshipment fee will be applicable in order to reship the package to the amended address.
Damaged Product Policy
If your Peptina arrives damaged in transit (broken bottle, leaking applicator, or any visible defect), please contact us at hello@trypeptina.com within 14 days of delivery with photo or video evidence of the issue.
Once we confirm the damage, we will ship you a complimentary replacement at no cost to you. No need to return the damaged item. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can resolve this quickly.
This damage policy covers manufacturing defects and shipping damage. It does not cover damage caused by user error after delivery (e.g., dropping the bottle, exposure to extreme temperatures, or improper storage).
Terms for 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We believe in the effectiveness of Peptina. Our 60-day money-back guarantee reflects our confidence in your results. The intention of this policy is to ensure your satisfaction. Your experience is our top priority.
If you're not satisfied with your Peptina purchase after 60 days of consistent use, you can request a refund. Here's how it works:
- Request a refund: Email us at hello@trypeptina.com with your order number in the subject line. This is required.
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps. Depending on your case, we may either issue your refund directly without requiring a return, or we may provide a return address along with shipping instructions.
- Refund processing: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Subscription and repeat orders: For repeat purchases, the guarantee applies to the most recent eligible order only.
The 60-day window begins on the date your package was delivered. Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window will not qualify.
To maintain the integrity of our guarantee policy, we reserve the right to decline refund requests that show clear signs of abuse (e.g., bulk repeat refunds, fraudulent claims, or returns of products clearly used beyond reasonable trial period). We appreciate your understanding.
