Auto-Ship & Save
This policy covers our Auto-Ship & Save subscription program. By enrolling in Auto-Ship & Save at checkout, you agree to the terms below.
1. How It Works
Auto-Ship & Save automatically reships your selected Peptina bundle on a recurring basis, so you never run out. Your renewal frequency depends on the pack size you chose at signup:

Each renewal automatically charges the payment method on file for the same plan and pricing you originally selected, and ships on the same cadence, until you cancel.
2. Billing
Your card is charged at the time each shipment is processed — not in advance of the full cycle. You'll be charged the same recurring amount for each shipment unless you're notified of a price change in advance (see Section 5).
3. How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription
There is no minimum commitment — you can cancel at any time, for any reason.
To cancel, pause, or make changes to your subscription (such as updating your shipping address or payment method), email us at hello@trypeptina.com with your order number. Our support team processes these requests manually, so please allow up to 1 business day for confirmation.
Timing matters: to avoid being charged for your next shipment, your cancellation request must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date. Once a renewal charge has been processed, it's treated as a completed order and the standard Refund Policy applies — it will not be reversed simply because a cancellation request came in afterward.
We recommend keeping a copy of your cancellation email for your records.
4. Failed or Declined Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you by email so you can update your payment method. Subscriptions with repeated failed payments may be automatically paused or cancelled.
5. Price Changes
If we ever need to change the price of your subscription plan, we'll notify you by email in advance of the change taking effect. Continuing your subscription after that notice constitutes acceptance of the new price; if you don't agree, you can cancel following the instructions in Section 3.
6. Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription shipments are covered by the same 60-day money-back guarantee as one-time purchases. See our Refund Policy for full return and refund details.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund a shipment you've already received — if you'd like to return that shipment, follow the standard return process in our Refund Policy.
