1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition with packaging intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Because our 60-day money-back guarantee is built around real-world results, we accept returns of partially used Peptina bottles as well. If the product didn't work for you within 60 days, send it back and we'll refund you. No questions, no restocking fees.

To start a return, contact us at hello@trypeptina.com with your order number in the subject line. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day with the return address and shipping instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, so please always email us first before shipping anything back.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

• Sale items (where clearly marked as final sale)

• Items damaged or destroyed due to misuse after delivery

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in its original condition with packaging intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This 14-day right exists alongside our 60-day money-back guarantee, whichever offers you the better protection.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1pm local time will start processing the following business day.

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships, including tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping times

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the quantity ordered. The final cost is shown before you complete your purchase.

International orders, customs, and duties

Lost or stolen packages
